Published warranty

Panse Muzuo publishes an 8-year warranty for covered structural and hardware quality issues. Exact coverage, exclusions and remedies follow the relevant product page, order agreement and platform rules. Natural wood characteristics, the use environment and misuse must be distinguished from covered quality issues.

Production and dispatch

• Regular products: generally about 20 days to complete production.
• Custom products: generally about 30 days.
• Selected fast-moving products: usually dispatched in 3–5 days.

These are general public timeframes, not a promise for every order. Confirm the current schedule before ordering.

Singapore and other regions

Mainland China delivery is arranged through express or furniture logistics. Orders for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Singapore require customer-arranged sea-freight forwarding.
