Published warranty

Panse Muzuo publishes an 8-year warranty for covered structural and hardware quality issues. Exact coverage, exclusions and remedies follow the relevant product page, order agreement and platform rules. Natural wood characteristics, the use environment and misuse must be distinguished from covered quality issues.

Default dispatch time

Made to order: custom and non-custom products have a default dispatch time of 30 days. This is dispatch, not arrival or a production-completion estimate.

Delivery and installation

Delivery within mainland China includes free shipping. Upstairs delivery is included where an elevator is available. Without an elevator, delivery above floor 3 carries an additional charge; confirm the amount before ordering. Installation is included for all products within the stated domestic delivery scope.

Singapore and other regions

Orders for Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and Singapore require customer-arranged sea-freight forwarding. This does not include an overseas delivery or installation promise.
